A consultation with me can be individually adapted to your needs and possibilities. From my experience in bodywork, I recommend a 2-4 week cycle, sessions of 60-90 minutes and above all: listen to your body, intuition is our most important advisor.
I work mostly hands-off (without touch) and depending on your requirement hands-on (consensual touch to make practices palpable): after two sessions at the earliest). My systemic consultation according to Sexocorporel is designed for around 6-10 sessions, but this can vary from individual to individual: some issues were resolved after four, others after twelve sessions.
